How do I book a reservation?
Book online any time with the Book now button, or call (830) 268-0509, daily, 8 AM–5 PM. Questions? Email info@siennaridgervpark.com.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 12 PM. Check-out is at 11 AM. Late checkout is available for a $25 fee.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
For short-term stays: 14+ days before arrival, full refund minus $25 processing fee; 7–13 days before arrival, 50% of booking total forfeited; less than 7 days, no refund. Monthly stays: 30+ days written notice, $200 deposit forfeited; less than 30 days notice, full deposit forfeited, no refund.
What is included in my rate?
All rates include full hookups (water, sewer, 30/50 amp electric), Wi-Fi, restrooms and showers, laundry facilities, the dog park and a picnic table at your site. Electric is metered separately at $0.08/kWh for monthly stays.
Is there a minimum stay?
Nightly stays have a 1-night minimum. Monthly stays have a 30-night minimum.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. A 2.69% credit card processing fee applies to all card payments. Cash and check are also accepted in person.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, up to 2 pets with no nightly fee. Monthly stays pay a $100 one-time pet fee. Pets must be leashed outside the dog park.
