Sienna Ridge RV Park collects personal information that you voluntarily provide when making a reservation, contacting us, or using our services. This may include:

• Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
• Payment information (processed securely through our reservation platform; card details are not stored on our servers)
• Reservation details, stay history, and accommodation preferences
• Communications you send us, including form submissions, emails, and phone inquiries
• Vehicle and RV information provided during check-in
• If you reach our website from a Google ad, the click identifier Google adds to the link (gclid, gbraid or wbraid). Our website keeps it in your browser for up to 90 days and adds it to the booking link, so our reservation platform can tell Google Ads which ad led to a booking. We keep none when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.

II.How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and manage your reservations
• Communicate about your stay, including confirmations, updates, and check-in information
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
• Send text messages about your reservation and respond to your inquiries, and send marketing texts, with your consent
• Improve our services, facilities, and guest experience
• Comply with legal obligations

III.SMS / Text Messaging Policy

Sienna Ridge RV Park sends two kinds of text messages. Reservation texts are about your stay and your questions: booking confirmations, arrival and check-in details, updates about your stay, and replies to messages you send us. Marketing texts carry offers, specials and park news, and we send them only if you have agreed to receive marketing texts.

How you opt in. You agree to receive reservation texts from Sienna Ridge RV Park when you text our number, (830) 268-0509, or when you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts while booking or contacting us by phone, online, or in person. You agree to marketing texts separately, for example by checking the SMS box on our contact form. Consent to receive texts, including marketing texts, is not a condition of making a reservation or of any purchase.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies with your reservation, your questions and, for marketing texts, our offers. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts; we will send one message confirming you have opted out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (830) 268-0509 or info@siennaridgervpark.com.

Privacy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

IV.Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with:

• Reservation platforms we use to manage bookings, including RigRez
• Payment processors for secure transaction handling
• Service providers who assist in operating our facilities
• Google Ads, which receives the ad click identifier described above when a booking follows a Google ad
• Law enforcement or regulatory agencies when required by law

V.Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

VI.Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your personal data
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time, and stop text messages at any time by replying STOP
• Withdraw consent for data processing where consent is the legal basis
