Book online any time, or call (830) 268-0509. Nightly and weekly stays are paid in full at booking. RVs must be 10 years old or newer.
Monthly stays need a $200 deposit at booking, covering both security and electric. It is refunded at checkout, provided there are no damages and the account is settled.
Monthly tenants also pay a $100 mailbox deposit, refunded when you leave.

Nightly and weekly stays: 14+ days before arrival, full refund minus $25 processing fee; 7–13 days before arrival, 50% of booking total forfeited; less than 7 days, no refund.
Monthly stays: 30+ days written notice, $200 deposit forfeited; less than 30 days notice, full deposit forfeited, no refund.

Up to 2 pets per site with no nightly fee. Monthly stays pay a $100 one-time pet deposit.
Pets must be leashed at all times outside the on-site dog park. Please clean up after your pets in all areas of the park.

Base occupancy is 4 people per site, up to 8; infants are free. Each additional person is $5/day or $40/month.
Additional vehicles are $10/day or $25/month. Locking a specific site is $20 per booking.
Late payment: $25 + $5/day. Card payments carry a 2.69% processing fee. Monthly electric is metered at $0.08/kWh.

Refills at the park office during business hours, daily, 8 AM–5 PM: $3.00/gallon for guests, $4.55/gallon for non-guests.

10% off nightly rates for active duty military and veterans with valid ID. Please mention your discount at the time of booking.

What time is check-in and check-out?: Check-in is at 12 PM. Check-out is at 11 AM. Late checkout is available for a $25 fee.

What is included in my rate?: All rates include full hookups (water, sewer, 30/50 amp electric connections), Wi-Fi, access to restrooms and showers, laundry facilities, the dog park, and picnic tables at your site. Electric usage is metered separately at $0.08/kWh for monthly tenants.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?: Nightly stays have a 1-night minimum. Monthly RV sites have a 30-night minimum.
What forms of payment do you accept?: We accept all major credit cards. Please note a 2.69% credit card processing fee applies to all card payments. Cash and check are also accepted for in-person transactions.

How big are the RV sites?: Our sites accommodate RVs up to 75 ft with room for slide-outs. All sites include full hookups with 30/50 amp electric service, water, and sewer. RVs must be 10 years old or newer. RV site details
Is Wi-Fi available?: Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is included for all guests with park-wide coverage. Signal strength may vary by location. Cell coverage is generally good (rated 4.4 out of 5 by guests).
Is there laundry on-site?: Yes, our laundry facility accepts both coin and card payment. Washers and dryers are available for guest use.
Do you have restrooms and showers?: Yes, recently remodeled restrooms with showers are available 24 hours for all guests. See the park
Is propane available?: Yes. Guest rate is $3.00 per gallon. Non-guest rate is $4.55 per gallon. Available at the park office during business hours (open daily, 8 AM–5 PM).
How is electric billed?: Electric is metered individually at $0.08/kWh based on actual usage for monthly tenants. Nightly and weekly guests have electric included in their rate.

Can I bring my pet?: Yes! We are pet-friendly. Up to 2 pets are allowed per site with no nightly fee. Monthly stays require a $100 one-time pet deposit. We have an on-site dog park. Pets must be leashed at all times outside the dog park.
What are the quiet hours?: Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM every day. We ask all guests to be respectful of neighbors during these hours.
Are generators allowed?: Generators are not permitted in the park. All sites have full electric hookups with 30/50 amp service, so generators are not needed.
What is the speed limit in the park?: The speed limit throughout the park is 5 MPH. Please drive slowly and watch for children and pets.

What attractions are nearby?: Canyon Lake is surrounded by Hill Country attractions including swimming, boating, hiking, wineries, and charming small towns like Gruene and New Braunfels. Things to do

How do I get there?: We are located at 17310 FM 306, Canyon Lake, TX 78133, in the heart of the Texas Hill Country between San Antonio and Austin. FM 306 is easily accessible from I-35. Driving directions
What should I bring?: Your RV supplies, outdoor chairs, and a sense of adventure! Picnic tables are provided at every site. Don’t forget sunscreen — Texas Hill Country sunshine is plentiful year-round.
